We are now accepting applications for our newly automated Contact Center. Up to 35 hours per week with earned paid time off at a rate of $9.50-$10.00 per hour. Computer skills required. Day and evening hours available.

Contact Center Agents conduct inbound and outbound research surveys via our automated phone management system. Duties include asking questions of potential respondents and inviting those meeting specific criteria to participate in a research project at one of our offices for which they will receive monetary compensation. Absolutely no sales involved.

Qualitative Associate
Location: Downtown and Northwest Indianapolis Facilities

Duties: Greet clients and research participants, prepare refreshments and meals for clients and research participants, and meet client needs.

Qualifications: High school diploma, strong customer service skills and work ethic, outgoing and friendly personality.

Schedule: Part-time position. Schedule varies from week to week, number of hours vary, days and/or evenings. Call for current pay rate.
