Sue McAdams, PRC, President/Owner

Sue McAdams has 24 years experience in the data collection field. She began her career as a phone interviewer and working through management provided experience in all areas of data collection. Her current duties include company planning and strategy, directing department managers, project consulting, and playing an active role in bidding and scheduling research projects.

As an active MRA member, Sue’s volunteer credentials include 5 ½ years on the Great Lakes Chapter board, 4 years on the MRA national board and 4 years on MRA/QRCA joint committee. Sue has served on numerous MRA qualitative task forces, presented at conferences and was a 2004 MRA Shining Star Award recipient. She is a current board member of GroupNet, the largest partnership of top rated independently owned qualitative facilities. In her free time, Sue enjoys golf, cooking, and photography.

Paul Jorgensen, PRC, Vice President

Paul began his career at Herron in 1986 as a mall interviewer and spent many years managing the mall facilities and mall operations. His primary role as Vice President is field management. He is also responsible for staff level hiring, general Focus training, and technology coordination, such as Video Conferencing / video streaming and audio visual needs. Paul’s volunteer credentials include 4 years on the MRA Great Lakes Chapter board. In his free time, he enjoys camping and hiking.

Lori Kupstas, Bookkeeper

Lori began her career at Herron in 1992. She is responsible for all accounting. This involves payroll, invoicing, receivables, and payables. She also assists with personnel functions. In her free time, Lori enjoys shopping, antiquing, auctions, and vacationing with her family.

Cyndi Wright, Project Coordinator

Cyndi began her career at Herron in 1995 as a telephone interviewer and has held various office positions in the company. Her current duties include bidding and scheduling research projects, project confirmations, and ensuring the Corporate Office runs smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding and road trips with her family.

Jill Griffith, Director of Public Relations and Marketing

Jill joined the Herron Associates staff in May 2006. Her duties involve public relations, marketing, and advertising, including database growth and client relations. She is also responsible for the Web site, technology development and coordination, and increasing internal business efficiencies. Jill has an MA in Public Relations from Ball State University and a BGS in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, shopping, and traveling.

Koa Tyler, Project Manager, Days

Koa began her career at Herron in 1986 as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting projects daily, job set-ups, and is a recruiting contact for clients. In her free time she enjoys church activities, shopping, traveling, reading, and spending time on the computer.

Kathy Handlon, Project Manager, Evenings

Kathy began her career at Herron in 1984 as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for job set-ups, tracking quotas, editing screeners, and is a recruiting contact for clients. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, and bicycling.

Rosalie Capps, Junior Project Manager

Rosalie began her career at Herron as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for job set-ups, tracking quotas, editing screeners, and is a recruiting contact for clients.

Kelly Toles, Facility Manager, First Indiana Plaza

Kelly began her career at Herron in 1994 as a Qualitative Associate. She is responsible for the management of the First Indiana Plaza focus facility. She is a staff liaison for on-site client needs, maintains daily office operations, staffs and runs research projects, and trains Qualitative Associates. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Alabama. In her free time, she enjoys reading, and Crossword and Sudoku puzzles.

Kim Banks, Facility Manager, The Idea Center®

Kim began her career at Herron in 1996 as a receptionist at the Corporate Office before becoming a Qualitative Associate at First Indiana Plaza. She left the company in 1999 but returned in 2006. She oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as the main client contact, and is responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring research projects run smoothly on-site. Kim has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending rock concerts, and photography.

James Atkinson, Facility Manager, Tampa

James began his career at Herron with the opening of the Tampa facility in 2007. He oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as the main client contact, and is responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring research projects run smoothly on-site.
