“I just wanted to follow up and comment on the wonderful experiences we had at your facility with our two recent projects. For both projects not only was the before project support (including updates and such) excellent, but while at your facility all of your personnel were stellar and the respondents were top notch. We were exceptionally well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Please let everyone know that we think they did a great job and how much we appreciated all of their assistance. I will always call on Herron first when our research needs bring us to your markets again. Thanks.”
