Sue McAdams, PRC, President/Owner

Sue McAdams, Owner/President of Herron Associates, Inc., has 26 years of experience specializing in recruitment, facilities, project management, central location testing and test kitchen projects. Sue’s daily responsibilities include planning company strategy, account acquisition, management on full service projects, project consulting, directing and advising department management. She also plays an active role in monitoring project status for all divisions.

An active member of the Marketing Research Association, Sue’s volunteer credentials include:

• 5½ years on the Regional GLC chapter board
• 4 years on the MRA national board
• 4 years as the liaison to the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA)
• Numerous task forces and committees
• Frequent presenter at conferences on topics to include best practices, building relationships
with clients, costing, management and tactical research practices
• 2004 recipient of the MRA Shining Star Award
• Sue has been involved with the CEO initiative established by MRA for the past 5 years, and
was a co- chair for the exclusive conference in 2010

Sue is the current President of GroupNet, the longest established network of top rated facilities in the United States.

In her “spare” time, hobbies include cooking, photography, bird and wildlife observation, and entertaining family members and friends who are frequent guests in her home. Family members include Phil (her husband), Annabelle (her lovable cocker spaniel) and Cha’ Ki (the kitty that came with the lake house).

Cyndi Wright, Project Director

Cyndi Wright began her career with Herron Associates in 1995 as a telephone interviewer. Through patience, learning the business from the ground up, and accepting and excelling at new opportunities, she has developed into an integral team member. Her commitment and loyalty to Herron, and her objectives to be the best she can be, has earned her a frequent seat on the company’s Strategy Team.

Her 15 years of experience with the company has included research project coordination, recruitment, database administration and office management. Cyndi has managed the large responsibility of primary client contact for project coordination, costing and availability for our three research facilities in Indianapolis and Tampa. She works with and advises project managers to help ensure the successful completion of research projects. These talents and experience can be utilized for internal and external project management.

In her spare time, Cyndi enjoys outdoor activities, traveling to not-so-far-off destinations, spending time with friends, entertaining at home, and raising her son, Hunter.

Jill Griffith, Creative Project Director

Jill Griffith joined the Herron Associates, Inc. staff in 2006 as Director of Public Relations and Marketing. Her responsibilities have involved public relations, marketing and advertising, including database growth and client relations. Jill plays an integral role in special project execution, technology driven enhancements, and leads many of the initiatives designed by the Strategy Team.

Jill’s current daily activities include the hiring, training and development of front line agents, project management, costing and availability. Jill’s creativity, education and experience are utilized to develop and assist with out-of-the-box recruitment strategies, and to execute efficiency based processes via the use of technology.

Jill holds an MA in Public Relations from Ball State University and a BGS in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University. She is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online, and is a member of the Kappa Tau Alpha Journalism and Mass Communication honor society.

In her spare time, Jill enjoys outdoor activities such as boating and camping, being in the company of her friends and family, and traveling to new and favorite places – like Las Vegas! Family members include Jim (her husband-to-be), Maddie (her feline side-kick), and Harley (a lovable Black Labrador).

Lori Kupstas, Bookkeeper

Lori began her career at Herron in 1992. She is responsible for all accounting. This involves payroll, invoicing, receivables, and payables. She also assists with personnel functions. In her free time, Lori enjoys shopping, antiquing, auctions, and vacationing with her family.

Koa Tyler, Project Manager, Days

Koa began her career at Herron in 1986 as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting projects daily, job set-ups, and is a recruiting contact for clients. In her free time she enjoys church activities, shopping, traveling, reading, and spending time on the computer.

Kathy Handlon, Project Manager, Evenings

Kathy began her career at Herron in 1984 as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for job set-ups, tracking quotas, editing screeners, and is a recruiting contact for clients. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, and bicycling.

Rosalie Capps, Junior Project Manager

Rosalie began her career at Herron as a telephone interviewer. She is responsible for job set-ups, tracking quotas, editing screeners, and is a recruiting contact for clients.

Kelly Toles, Facility Manager, First Indiana Plaza

Kelly began her career at Herron in 1994 as a Qualitative Associate. She is responsible for the management of the First Indiana Plaza focus facility. She is a staff liaison for on-site client needs, maintains daily office operations, staffs and runs research projects, and trains Qualitative Associates. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Alabama. In her free time, she enjoys reading, and Crossword and Sudoku puzzles.

Kim Banks, Facility Manager, The Idea Center®

Kim began her career at Herron in 1996 as a receptionist at the Corporate Office before becoming a Qualitative Associate at First Indiana Plaza. She left the company in 1999 but returned in 2006. She oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as the main client contact, and is responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring research projects run smoothly on-site. Kim has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending rock concerts, and photography.

James Atkinson, Facility Manager, Tampa

James began his career at Herron with the opening of the Tampa facility in 2007. He oversees day-to-day operations of the facility, serves as the main client contact, and is responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring research projects run smoothly on-site.
