Herron Associates can provide the equipment required for your project.
We can furnish specialized videotaping, presentation equipment, computers or other equipment as requested. Our facilities contain high quality audio visual equipment including adjustable stationary camera with remote operation. In addition to respectable systems in-house, we have a long standing relationship with a high tech AV company that has the ability to fulfill specific needs.
Usability Labs
A usability lab is a setup for respondents to evaluate material over the Internet while clients follow their actions on a duplicate screen. Clients also have the ability to observe the respondent’s reaction and obtain feedback during the session.
Herron Associates offers the equipment and facilities necessary to complete a usability lab. This includes suites with one-way mirrors for client viewing, grommets for equipment wiring between rooms, computer equipment, and high speed lines.
